Hi Beautiful!
I am so blessed that you have found your way to "A Word from Jana." My desire is for you to be encouraged by the words on this site, and to be empowered by the Word on my (soon to be) podcast that you will find on this page. Years ago someone told me, "You are Jana first. You then take on the role of wife, daughter and pastor's wife. Don't ever change or forget who you are."
Those words have been so powerful at times in my life since first hearing them. As women we carry so many responsibilities and so many "hats." We can easily find ourselves worn out spiritually, physically and emotionally. Feeling as if we have nothing else to give, and sometimes wondering "where have I gone...this is not me!"
I encourage you today to go God's Word. Allow Psalm 23:2-3 to permeate every fiber of your being bringing you peace and restoration. The Lord will make you lie down in green pastures. He will lead you beside the still and quiet waters. He will restore your soul.
He has fearfully and wonderfully made you to be YOU! To not be defined by your responsibilities or titles, but to be His unique, one of a kind daughter . Let who you are radiate and enjoy this life!
